Police Reports: 2015-02-13

• Officers and an ambulance were dispatched to the 1500 block of Fredonia Ave. at 2:29 a.m. Feb. 6.
The female fell and hit her head in the living room of the home and appeared to be intoxicated. Paramedics were on scene for treatment, and she was not subjected to a breathalyzer test.
She was taken to OSF Hospital for further evaluation. The female’s friend said she had been drinking at a bar on Farmington Road.

• Police officers stopped a suspicious male non-student on the 1300 block of Bradley Ave. at 5 a.m. Feb. 9.
The male agreed to be searched, and officers found a pipe in his cargo pants. The pipe was taken away, and the male was given a warning.

• Officers observed an intoxicated male student get in the driver’s seat of a running car on the 1600 block of Barker Ave. at 2:30 a.m. Feb. 8.
When officers stopped and questioned the student, he said he wasn’t “drunk.” Officers asked him to step out of the car after the student had vomited. There was an unconscious male student in the backseat. Paramedics were called to evaluate the males, who both signed a refusal of treatment.
Both received tickets for underage drinking.

• Officers were dispatched to Williams Hall for a reported theft at 3:31 p.m. Feb. 5.
A male student and two female students received emails saying they had packages waiting for them. When they went to pick them up, all three packeges were missing from mail storage.
No suspects have been found.

• Officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of Fredonia Ave. for a noise complaint at 3:17 a.m. on Feb. 6.
Officers spoke to a male student, who took full responsibility for the complaint and said they would keep it down.
He was issued a ticket for noise restrictions.

• Officers stopped a male non-student walking along the 1600 block of Bradley Ave. at 2:29 p.m. Feb. 6.
The male appeared confused and was unable to stand on his own. Officers administered a breathalyzer test, and the male registered a .382 blood alcohol level. He was of the legal drinking age and taken to OSF Hospital.
