Police Reports: 2015-04-03

• An officer observed a female non-student throw a cup of liquid on another vehicle at 4:24 p.m. March 27.
The female said she was playing a prank on her roommate.
The officer gave the female a verbal warning for littering and ordered her to return to the scene to pick up the trash.

• A male student filed a report at 4:39 p.m. March 24 about a PlayStation and two controllers that were missing from his room in the 1300 block of Fredonia Avenue.
The male was gone from March 13-15 for spring break and said he left his room unlocked.
No other residents have reported any items missing, and the doors to their rooms were locked.
There are currently no suspects.

• Officers were called to University Hall at 11:30 p.m. March 30 following a drug search by dormitory staff.
The officers confiscated various drug paraphernalia that tested positive for traces of cannabis.
Several types of alcohol were also found in the dorm room.
Six male students and two female students were referred to Residential Life for possession of alcohol.

• An officer was dispatched to the 1300 block of Bradley Avenue at 3:08 a.m. March 29 after receiving a report of a male non-student asking for money and a ride.
The male said his car broke down, and he had lost his job. He also said he used the last of his money to buy a bus ticket from Bloomington to Peoria to stay with a friend. However, he said he discovered upon arrival the friend had moved.
Emergency Response Service arrived and transported the male back to Bloomington.

• An officer was dispatched to a parking lot in the 1200 block of Main Street at 5:27 p.m. March 28 after a report of an injury.
A fire engine and medical responders found a female non-student who said she fell and hurt her knee while attempting to enter her vehicle.
The female refused treatment and drove away from the scene.

• Officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of Bradley Avenue at 12:18 a.m. March 28 after receiving a report was made of an underage drinking party.
A male non-student said he was visiting his sister, a female student, and was going to stay the night since he had been drinking.
The sister, along with four female students, were given breathalyzer tests and released with warnings.
