Brave Sounds Entertainment and Alpha Epsilon Pi will pair up for the first ever “Rock the Block” event May 6.
The two organizations will host DJ Caleeb, Hof, Fanny Pack, ZDDJ and DJ Umberton from 4 to 9 p.m. on the front lawn of AEPi on Fredonia Ave. for an evening of free entertainment.
Sophomore and AEPi House Manager Jonathan Perera said the fraternity is looking forward to what will come of the event.
“[We hope to] bridge the gap between campus and greek life with AEPi and Braves Sounds by creating the biggest extravaganza Bradley has ever seen,” he said.
Junior and Brave Sounds Entertainment President Hana Becker said she hopes to have at least 500 students attend the event.
“Our goals are to always put on a great show and to entertain and bring knowledge of artists to the Bradley community,” she said.
Free food catered in by A World of Wings and Alexander’s Steakhouse will be offered along with Rockstar energy drinks, Knockaround Sunglasses, t-shirts and water bottles.
