The Bradley Neuroscience Club is hosting Ryan LaLumiere, a professor of neurobiology at the University of Iowa, to speak on the neurobiology of addiction tonight at 4 p.m. in the Marty Theater.
The event is called “Shining A New Light On Addiction,” and will focus on LaLumiere’s use of optogenetic techniques to manipulate brain regions in order to examine drug-seeking behaviors.
The event is open to all Bradley students, and there is no charge.
