The Garrett Center is looking for students to help choose a quotation for a mural that celebrates the newly named Office of Diversity and Inclusion.
There are three options for quotations. They are as follows:
• “Diversity: the art of thinking independently together.” –Malcolm Forbes
• “An individual has not started living until he can rise above the narrow confines of his individualistic concerns to the broader concerns of all humanity.” –Martin Luther King, Jr.
• “We are all different, which is great because we are all unique. Without diversity, life would be very boring.” –Catherine Pulsifer
Students can vote for their favorite via the Google document in Hilltop Happenings.
