Police Report 10.25.13

• A female student reported her Bradley ID was lost and fraudulently used at the Geisert Hall Cafeteria around 1 p.m. Oct. 16. Another female student found the ID and said she accidentally used it to gain access to the cafeteria. The female said she didn’t realize that when she used the ID, the meal plan would be charged. She said she was willing to reimburse the holder.

 

• A male student was approached by another male student in the 800 block of Elmwood Ave. around 1 a.m. Oct 18, who said he was talking about the first male’s fraternity. The second male struck the first male twice in the face. An ambulance was called, and the male refused treatment. The second male was given a ticket for underage drinking and was released.

 

• Officers on patrol found a male student urinating behind a building in the 1600 block of Bradley Ave. around 12:45 a.m. Saturday. When the officers spoke with the male, another male student approached, unzipped his pants and started urinating. The male was released and the other male was given a ticket for underage drinking.

 

• Officers responded to a residence with loud music in the 1300 block of Fredonia Ave. around 10:40 p.m. Saturday. A male student was uncooperative and handcuffed. He had a wallet in his possession with a fraudulent Ohio ID, with the person more than 21 years of age. The male refused a breathalyzer and received a ticket for underage drinking, disorderly conduct and dumping litter on property. The ID was sent to the secretary of state.
