- A male Bradley custodian called in a report of what he thought was a fight in a Student Apartment Complex room around 6:50 a.m. Nov. 2. An officer determined that there was no fight, but a male student and a female student were engaged in rough foreplay. The officer explained to the students that what they were doing could be interpreted as a fight by others. Both were referred to Residential Life.
- Officers were conducting a routine check of the Main Street parking deck at 8:40 p.m. Nov. 2. They found a male student and a female student smoking marijuana on the top deck. The marijuana and drug paraphernalia were seized, and both students were referred to Residential Life.
- A female food service employee reported around 2:40 a.m. Nov. 3 that a male non-student was disruptive at Center Court. The male was intoxicated and refused to comply with officers when asked for his state ID. He received tickets for disorderly conduct and possession/consumption of alcohol by a non-age person, and was also verbally banned from Bradley property. The male was a guest of two male and one female Bradley students.
- At 5:45 a.m. Wednesday a female student reported a person attempted to enter her first floor Student Apartment Complex (SAC) room through the window. Around the same time, a male student called to report he was locked out of his SAC room on the first floor. The male denied several times that he was attempting to get into the building through a window. Finally, he admitted he attempted to enter through the window. He said he didn’t realize the room was occupied and didn’t intend to scare the female. He admitted that he lied because he was afraid he’d get into trouble. The male was drinking earlier in the evening and forgot his ID. The female did not wish to press charges. The male spoke to a Bradley counselor by phone and was referred to Residential Life.
