Police Reports: 2018-11-02

At approximately 10 p.m. on Oct. 31, police were called to the 1500 block of W. Barker Ave. after a brick was thrown through a window at an off-campus party. One female student was hit, but declined medical treatment. The resident believes it was someone who was denied entrance.

BUPD was notified when staff members noticed several chalk messages around campus criticizing the way the university handled the allegation against Ken Young, former director of forensics who resigned on Oct. 26.

A female non-student reported being shoved by an employee after she terminated them from their position in Campustown on Oct. 27. No charges were filed.

On Oct. 28, a student reported an unknown suspect obtained his keys during a party the previous night and took his vehicle. There are no suspects at this time.

On Oct. 27, two students reported a plastic Halloween pumpkin stolen after witnessing an unknown suspect removing it from their porch on the 1100 block of N. University St. There are no suspects at this time.
