  • Officers were dispatched at 12:45 a.m. Saturday to a parking lot near Institute Pl. and Fredonia Ave. on a report of a damaged vehicle. A female student said she was sitting in her car when she heard a loud noise and saw that her windshield was broken. She got out of her car and noticed people standing behind a fence at a Fredonia Ave. residence. The female let them know something had just hit her car. A different female responded to her, saying she threw a bottle. Officers contacted a male student, a resident of the house, and instructed him to find the female who allegedly threw the bottle. The male said he could not find her. He was referred to Residential Life for lack of control of his guests.

  • An officer saw two female students walking with difficulty on Bradley Ave. around 2:20 a.m. Sunday. At first, both females lied to officers about how many beers they drank. Both females were issued tickets for underage drinking.

An officer tried to wake the male student and a female student, also in the car, several times, but they would not wake up. Finally, both students woke up and said they were just listening to music. The officer noted that no music was playing in the car. The officer issued the male a ticket for disorderly conduct.

  • Officers responded to a fight in progress in a parking lot in the 900 block of Frink St. around 6 p.m. Sunday. Two female students were arguing.  The officers approached the females and both were uncooperative, refusing to say why they were arguing. Two other students said they witnessed the two female argue and begin to push each other. Neither female had marks or were hurt. Both were given a notice to appear on disorderly conduct and one received a ticket for obstructing a police officer.
