Paul Diehl, professor of political science at the University of Texas at Dallas, will be on campus at 7 p.m. March 6 in Marty Theater of Michel Student Center to give a lecture about the history and likely future of the International Criminal Court.
Diehl will discuss past problems and achievements the court has experienced and will address risks that continue to threaten the court’s existence.
