Even though J.K. Rowling has started to work on more books and movies to join with the recognizable Harry Potter series, there is still a void in which the avid readers can’t fully enter the wizarding world. Of course, attempts have been made, with the recent construction of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Orlando resort in Florida.
But for those of us who can’t afford an overpriced hotel and travel expenses, Starbucks has come up with a new concoction to satisfy our bookish cravings right here at home. Starbucks recently announced in Entertainment Weekly that it is creating the Butterbeer Frappuccino.
Now, before you fly off the handle of your imaginary broomsticks, this item won’t be listed on its regular menu. Instead, this new drink will be put alongside the other concoctions in Starbucks’ secret menu.
This might sound complicated, but it’s really not. In order to make this drink, all you have to do is to ask for a Creme Frappuccino with two to three pumps of caramel syrup, two to three pumps of toffee nut syrup and caramel drizzle to finish it off. Just like any other distinct latte or frappuccino preceding it, it’s all about finding the right combination of flavors to fully satisfy your coffee-craving palates.
Maybe you’re feeling a little more chocolate drizzle than usual, or perhaps you want to add some chocolate chips to fuel your wild side. Keeping those ideas in mind; maybe you’ll be the next lucky customer to come up with another new flavor to add to the secret menu inventory.
