Upon entering the restaurant, I was graciously greeted by a female manager that offered me a menu and a seat. I was overwhelmed by the ambience of classical music and candles illuminating the bistro. I admired the daisies found on each table to create a gentle, simplistic mood.
My server promptly greeted me and introduced the Specials of the Day, a Dijon crusted salmon served with garlic mashed potatoes and julienned vegetables. He gave me a moment to look over the menu before I decided on my meal.
As I was observing the menu, a busboy delivered a glass of water with lemon to quench my thirst. All of the employees in the restaurant were both pleasant and hospitable. You will never forget how friendly they are.
Afterward, I began admiring the selections of classy menu items crafted with high quality ingredients. First and foremost, this restaurant provides a great variety of food items including appetizers, soups, salads, pastas, meat and pizza dishes. For instance, as a first course meal you can select steamed mussels seasoned with wine, spinach, garlic, lemon and tomatoes.
Generally, first course meals range from $6-12. Specialties on the menu include their famous classic pizza with sauteed mushrooms, pepperoni, Italian sausage, onion and peppers. Additionally, you can build your own pizza for $13, selecting from a variety of ingredients such as spinach, chicken and pepperoncinis.
Another known specialty is the featured pastas. Some of the appetizing meals include shrimp and goat cheese, spicy Thai chicken or pesto chicken. The prices range from $18-23.
For the mature audiences, they have a wide range of wine selections, bottled beers and a full bar. The main courses are served with salad and fresh baked bread. There are a variety of delicacies prepared by the talented chefs with several years of experience. Some of the most popular scrumptious meals for the meat lovers include pan seared duck breast at $24 and rack of lamb for $33.
I wanted to sample a light, yet filling meal. I decided to pick the soup du jour. My server recommended trying the beef stew made with vegetables and chili sauce. I must say, within seconds, I was served with my soup, bread and fresh refill of water. After my server checked on me to make sure I was enjoying my meal, I was warmly greeted by one of the main chefs who ensured I enjoyed my meal and embraced the TWO25 restaurant experience.
