Police reports: March 27, 2026

  • On Mar. 23, an Aramark employee working in Williams Hall called BUPD, reporting that their supervisor had been criticizing and harassing them. Incidents listed included the supervisor reportedly yelling at the employee for stacking chairs too loudly and commenting on the employee’s uniform not being in compliance with the code. The employee stated that they took steps to meet the standards and were told by the union representative that it was. Upon further investigation, BUPD determined that the supervisor never threatened the employee or made obscene comments.

  • On Mar. 24 at 2:00 a.m., an unaffiliated male called a Bradley student outside her residence in the St. James apartment building. Despite the student breaking off their relationship, he demanded that they talk and that she pick up his calls. However, she refused and told him to leave. In response, the ex-boyfriend threatened to shoot her. In addition to following her on foot while she was driving in the area and calling her multiple times, the student called BUPD the next day and reported that he was parked outside the complex and messaging her again. On the same day, he’d also called her 18 times and gone to the Cullom-Davis Library when she was there, so BUPD contacted him. The ex-boyfriend claimed that he was the one telling her to leave him alone, and he only threatened to shoot her out of anger when she said she would send him “crazy videos.” The student was informed of resources available to her and the unaffiliated male was banned from campus.

  • On Mar. 25, in the five minutes between 11:10 p.m. and 11:15 p.m., a Bradley student entered his residence, plugged his phone into the charger and left to retrieve something from his car while leaving the door open. When he came back, his phone was missing and he reported to BUPD that he had heard someone entering and leaving. He called his number through a roommate’s phone and was met with heavy breathing before the call ended. He refused to allow officers into his residence, but the investigation is ongoing.
