Late Night BU – Nov. 8
Bradley’s Brave Sounds Entertainment club and Late Night BU are working together to put on a battle of the bands show in Markin. The event starts at 9 p.m. There will also be an indoor paintball, CD scratch art, exotic petting zoo, oxygen bar, giant board games and henna tattoos. Come out and support local musicians.
The Encounter – Nov. 9
Tired of going to the Brass Rail for rock music? Come check out this new venue in East Peoria on Saturday night. There will be a lot of good music, and it only costs $3.
Bands playing include: Perfect People (St. Louis Fast hardcore), Dirt Wizard (Formerly Night Shift; Central IL dirty rock), The Searching 7s (Central IL punk rock), Megasus (Peoria Black Metal) and Slaugther Camp (Morton Metal-heads)

Pizza Works – Nov. 9
If you’re looking for an event that blends indie pop rock and pizza, you’ve found your place. Starting at 8 p.m, Pizza Works will be hosting several lives bands for just $5. The bands included are Cantalouper, Tassell Brothers, Emily Prewitt and Trey Mowder. It’s bound to be a great time.
