At 12:01 a.m. on Nov. 10 at Bradley Hall, a female student reported that two other female students were demanding that she end her friendship with a male student that they were interested in, threatening violence if she did not comply. The two female students in question sent the victim notes with her home address on them and threats of assault. The victim told the police that the threats have been going on for six months at this point in time. The victim was put under protection on campus to avoid further conflict.
Around 10:30 p.m. on Nov. 12 at the Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity house, a non-affiliated, under drinking age female was transported to Methodist Hospital via ambulance. The female was found by a member of the fraternity in the bathroom with one of her friends and her head in the toilet. Although she was still awake, she was not alert and continued to drift in and out of consciousness as time went on. When the medics arrived, it was found that she had consumed alcohol at an off-campus formal event along with four cups of a mixed drink in addition to smoking a vape pen. Advanced Medical Transport then proceeded to carry her out of the house and into the ambulance.
At 10:30 p.m. on Nov. 13 at University Hall, a female student became sick after consuming alcohol in her room and at the off-campus club Saddle Up. When Bradley Police arrived at the scene, they were met by the student’s roommate and resident adviser in the hallway, with the student vomiting into a trash can. When asked what happened, the student said that she drank Monaco (a pre-mixed cocktail), two shots and three beers. She also stated that she lost her fake ID and phone while she was out. The student was evaluated by medics and was allowed to stay in her room.
Around 3:25 p.m. on Nov. 16 at Harper Hall, a female student reported having a reaction to her recent COVID-19 vaccination. She stated that after she had received the vaccination (the brand of which was not reported), she noticed that she was feeling off. The student called the police who arrived on scene along with AMT. Once AMT checked on the student, they asked if she would like treatment at the hospital, which she refused.
