As Bradley students return for a new year, they are welcomed back to a campus that has undergone a summer of construction.
Bradley began widespread campus renovations in the fall of 2025, marking the start of an initiative to improve the overall student experience. These renovations include updated classrooms and lab equipment in Olin Hall, modernization of the Williams Dining Hall, the Michel Student Center and renovations to Neumiller Hall.
These changes are just the beginning of a long-term vision to improve the future of Bradley’s campus. At the center of these new additions, a larger project is set to begin this fall.
In July, Bradley announced a $25 million investment in the overall quality of residential life and the student experience. This investment is highlighted by the complete renovation of Harper Hall, adding single rooms and modern suite-style living options, private in-suite bathrooms, study lounges, wellness rooms and more updated community spaces.
This project brings light to Bradley’s dedication to meet expectations put in place by current and prospective students.

In addition to the renovations of Harper Hall, Wyckoff Hall is set to be demolished. Since student housing needs are met without it, the space is being repurposed. Bradley plans to use the area to create additional green space, as well as a new entrance to Harper Hall.
The construction on Harper Hall is set to be complete by the fall of 2028. When it reopens, it will house 140 students in larger spaces compared to the 280 it currently supports.
Looking forward, additional planned projects will include renovations to University Hall and the Michel Student Center, the completion of the Goldin Gateway and additions to the Zaleski Rec Center.
