• A male student said an unknown person slashed the front tire of a male non-student’s car while parked in the 1300 block of Fredonia between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. Oct. 31. The male said he let his friend borrow his car, but the other male student told BUPD that the tire was fine when he brought the car back.
• Officers on patrol saw a female student having difficulty walking around 1 a.m. Saturday in the east side parking lot of Heuser Hall. The female student had slurred speech, smelled of alcohol and was unable to complete a breathalyzer. An ambulance was called, and the female was transported to OSF St. Francis Medical Center. The female received a warning for underage drinking. She said she was drinking at a fraternity house in the 1300 block of Fredonia.
• A male student reported that an unknown person overturned their picnic table in a residence in the 1300 block of Fredonia between 1 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Sunday. A column was damaged along with the concrete support slab of the residence. The damage was estimated to be around $1,800.
• A male faculty member reported Tuesday that an unknown person removed a university computer from a secured room in Baker Hall between Oct. 5 and Nov. 1. The male said that only three people have access to the room, 152B.
