• A female student reported her wallet taken out of her residence in the 1600 block of Barker Ave. around midnight Jan. 29. The female said she left it on a table between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. Jan. 27, and when she went back to get it, it was gone.
• An officer saw two male students walking together on the sidewalk in the 1400 block of Fredonia Ave. around 11:40 p.m. Saturday. One male had to hold up the other male. The officer stopped to check their condition and saw that one male was drunk. Both males admitted to underage drinking at a residence in the 1500 block of Fredonia Ave. One male took a breathalyzer and had a .033 BAC and was escorted back to his residence. The other male had a .243 BAC and was transported to OSF St. Francis hospital.
• An officer was called for a noise complaint at 1109 Main St. around 2:20 a.m. Sunday. It was the second time officers were called to the residence for loud music. The male student at the residence received a verbal warning on the first visit and received a ticket for violation of city noise ordinance on the second visit.
• An officer was called about a drunken male student walking in traffic in the 400 block of Duryea Pl. around 4:45 a.m. Sunday. The male had bare feet. The temperature was about 18 degrees with snow on the ground.
The male agreed to a breathalyzer but was too drunk to follow instructions. The ambulance arrived and the male had apparent frostbite to both feet. The male was transported to OSF St. Francis for treatment.
