Police Reports: April 26, 2019

• A female student reported her vehicle was broken into on April 23 at her residence on the 500 block of Institute Place. Her purse was found in the 1400 block alley of W. Moss Ave. and had several items missing including her debit card and driver’s license, but all her cash was still in the wallet.

• Police were dispatched to Squeaky Clean Laundromat on April 22 at approximately 2 a.m. after a female reported a male took her cell phone. Both individuals were homeless and staying on the Squeaky Clean couch. The male said he did not possess the female’s cell phone and stated he had recently been released for a “psychotic episode” from the hospital. Parties were separated and no charges were filed.

• Residential living staff conducted a search of an apartment on April 19 at the Student Apartment Complex. They confiscated a 16-inch bong and a bottle of Captain Morgan.

• An unaffiliated male was told he was banned from the Bradley campus on April 17 after a staff member and several students reported he entered an academic hall and asked them how to make drugs.

• A male reported on April 18 that he was walking by the Sigma Kappa sorority and something was shot at him from an upstairs window, possibly an airsoft gun. The male refused to give his name. Officers spoke to Sigma Kappa residents, and they denied any involvement.
