Police Reports: September 16, 2022

  • On Sept. 8, a sexual assault at an on-campus Bradley-owned residence dated Aug. 28 was reported. BUPD has interviewed witnesses and placed a video statement into evidence in relation to the report.

 

  • On Sept. 11, a student in Wyckoff Hall accepted a friend request from an unknown suspect on Instagram. Private photos were exchanged between the two, after which the suspect demanded $300 from the student and claimed that the photos would be released otherwise.

 

  • Around 12:14 p.m. on Sept. 14, in the Michel Student Center, an unknown suspect ate $4.48 worth of fries and a drink from Chick-fil-A without paying. The incident was reported when the suspect was seen acting suspiciously near the soda machine. The suspect was able to commit the crime due to the high traffic in the food court at the time. However, the incident was caught on video.

 

  • At 8:13 p.m. on Sept. 10 in Williams Hall, two students set off the fire alarm by improperly cooking breadsticks. There was no resulting fire or damage.
