Bradley’s speech team started the season off with a first-place finish at the University of Indianapolis last weekend.
Tournament winners were sophomore Dakotah Asbury in Poetry Interpretation, freshman Sarah Brashear in Duo Interpretation, sophomore Kylie Caligiuri in After-Dinner Speaking and Persuasive Speaking, freshman Natasha Prosek in Duo Interpretation and senior Talan Tyminski in Extemporaneous Speaking.
The next competition will be Saturday at Bradley, and the whole team will compete Sunday at Illinois State University.
