Police Reports: 2015-04-10

• Officers were dispatched to the 800 block of Frink Street due to two males fighting at 11:27 p.m. April 4.
When officers arrived, a male non-student was on top of a male student punching his face.
The males said they were arguing over the rules of a drinking game and went outside to fight.
The non-student said he possibly fractured his leg and was transported to OSF. According to officers, there were no obvious injuries from the fight.
The student was transported to BUPD for questioning, but he refused to take a breathalyzer test and was uncooperative.
The student was issued citations for underage possession and consumption of alcohol and for use of a false ID. The student said he would not press charges against the non-student. The non-student was banned from Bradley property.

• An officer was dispatched to a residence located on the 1300 block of Fredonia Avenue about property damage at noon April 3.
A male student said the flagpole located in the front yard of the residence had been damaged between 11:30 p.m. April 2 and 8:15 a.m. April 3.
There are no suspects.

• A male student filed a report at 4:24 p.m. April 7 about a stolen coat.
The student said he hung his coat on a rack when he was at a party at a residence located in the 1300 block of Fredonia Avenue between 10:30 p.m. April 7 and 1 a.m. April 8.
The male’s wallet and room key were in the coat. The student later found the wallet with $7 missing. The coat and room key are still missing.
There are no suspects.

• Officers stopped two males walking on the 1600 block of Main Street for being loud at 10:11 p.m. April 4.
The two males were identified as non-student juveniles. As the officers were speaking with them, one of the males dropped his jacket on the ground. An officer picked it up and noticed a cigar package, which smelled like cannabis, in a pocket.
The officers discovered two clear bags containing a substance that tested positive for cannabis.
The males were banned from Bradley property.

• An officer responded to a fire alarm in Westlake Hall at 2:44 p.m. April 1.
The building was evacuated. The officer located a burnt bag of popcorn on a second floor table.
The Fire Department allowed re-entry once the alarm was reset.
It is unknown who burned the bag of popcorn.
