Brick and Motor Boutique rolls up to campus in style

Two Bradley alumni recently opened up a mobile fashion boutique in a trailer that tours the Midwest. Their trailer will be open for shopping and apple cider outside of the Pi Beta Phi sorority house from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m on Sept. 28. Five percent of proceeds will go towards Pi Beta Phi’s philanthropy Read Lead Achieve.

Fraternity presents Wild n’ Out

Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity will re-enact games from the popular comedy TV show Wild n’ Out on Sept. 28 at 7 p.m. in the student center ballroom.

Peoria’s first public parklet throws party

Bradley students are invited to join members of the Peoria community outside of the Mexican ice cream shop Las Delicias (837 W. Main St.) on Sept. 29 from 2 to 4 p.m. to utilize Peoria’s first public parklet. A parklet is a method cities use to convert underutilized parking space into community grounds. Peoria’s parklet features benches and tables, and aims to further link areas of Peoria and the Bradley University community.

Visual Voices lecture series continues with artist Hattie Newman

Artist Hattie Newman creates sets and images for different media all over the world. On Oct. 4 starting at 5 p.m., she is presenting a lecture Building Paper Worlds in the Horowitz Auditorium in the Caterpillar Global Communications Center. This is part of Bradley’s Visual Voices lecture series.

SABRC hosts new member info night

The Student Activities Budget Review Committee will host their new member information session on Oct. 3 at 6 p.m. in the Marty Theatre. Students will learn how to get involved with SABRC, an organization that allots budgeting for other student organizations.
