
- On Feb. 7, at 8:31 p.m., an Aramark employee at the Williams Dining Hall was approached by a supervisor regarding improper food preparation. The employee engaged in an argument with the supervisor, stating, “I know how to do my job and how to prepare food.” She continued yelling and cursing at her supervisor, then threw and spilled various food containers onto the kitchen floor. After the incident, the employee exited the building, got into her car and eventually left campus for the day. The employee willingly came in to BUPD on Feb. 11 but did not wish to speak without an attorney. She was served with a notice to appear in connection with criminal damage to property.
- On Feb. 8, at 12:48 p.m., a Bradley University employee was driving on N Tobias Lane when he struck a concrete wall, causing vehicle damage. He stated that he was attempting to make a turn to park and “cut it too much,” resulting in a collision with the wall. There were no injuries.
- On Feb. 9, a ShotSpotter activation indicated that two rounds were fired at 4:24 p.m. near 1412 W. Fredonia Ave. BUPD and PPD responded and canvassed the area. Officers did not locate any evidence of fired rounds.
- On Feb. 10, at 1:01 p.m., the house mom of Alpha Chi Omega reported a flame coming out where it shouldn’t have when turning on the stove. The fire department was called to inspect the stove and advised that it not be used until it is repaired.
