Police Reports: March 6, 2026

  • On Feb. 27, employees at Heuser Hall reported a male possibly masturbating in the bathrooms. The custodian noted that the male was roaming the building and avoiding employees. The employee dismissed it until doing a final sweep over the building and finding semen in several men’s and all-gender restrooms. The staff suspected the male they had previously spotted because he was the only one in the building. An investigation is ongoing.

  • A Bradley student met someone online and invited them to his residence at 10:30 p.m. on Feb. 25. After engaging in sexual acts, the suspect demanded 150 dollars, citing their profile listed their charges. The student claimed he had no cash, so he drove them to the ATM outside the Bradley bookstore. There, he pretended to withdraw money, then ran into Williams Hall and called BUPD. The student reported that he agreed to pay because the suspect claimed they had a firearm. However, due to the suspect’s thin outfit, officers determined it was likely a bluff. The suspect walked off campus once the student was in Williams Hall, and the student declined to press charges.

  • On March 1 at 3:11 a.m., officers were dispatched to an apartment after a report of a 16-year-old female ICC student having a seizure. Another ICC student told officers that she only started seizing after smoking marijuana. The female was transported to Carle Health’s Pekin hospital, and an investigation is ongoing.
