Police Reports 09.06.13

•An officer was dispatched around 11:20p.m. Tuesday at University Hall and spoke to a female dorm staff member. The female said paintball guns were discharged on the lower level stairwell and ground level men’s bathroom. Numerous paintball shells were found but there was no damage.

•Officers were dispatched around 1 a.m. Aug. 24 in the 1000 block of Institute Pl. because a male student was punching a house. The male appeared to be intoxicated and had cuts on his hands and knees.
Officers called an ambulance and the male signed a refusal. An officer showed the owner of the house the damage and the owner wanted the male to pay for it.  The male was released to his male student friend with a notice to appear for criminal damage to property.

•An officer on patrol around 12:40 p.m. Aug. 24 saw two males in the 1100 block of Main St. walking with a plastic barricade.
The officer tried to stop the males and was able to stop one of them in the 1000 block of Windom St. The male student said they took the barricade from the Campustown parking lot. The male was placed in custody for theft and was searched. Several open bottles of alcohol were found in his book bag. The male was uncooperative and received a ticket for underage drinking.

•A sorority housemother reported at 9 a.m. on Tuesday an unknown person stole a patio set in the 1500 block of Fredonia Ave. A week prior, a 7-inch letter was stolen from the front of the residence.
