Bradley’s Women’s Studies Program and the Smith Career Center are partnering to host the $tart $mart Workshop in the Garrett Cultural Center from 5 to 8 p.m. April 15.
The workshop will teach women about salary negotiation procedures and inform students about the wage gap between males and females in light of Equal Pay Day on April 14.
Statistics show females make 82 percent less money than males in comparable jobs with the same degree and experience, according to the Office of Public Relations.
