Bradley announced a five-year contract extension for men’s basketball head coach Brian Wardle on Tuesday. Wardle just completed his third and most successful year as coach of the Braves this past season, amassing 20 wins for the first time since Jim Les’ 2008 team.
Four Bradley basketball games were cancelled last week. The Braves did play against Big Ten foe Iowa Wednesday and fell 13-9 on a walk off grand slam.
Bradley women’s golf announced the Bradley Spring Break Invitational, scheduled for this weekend, has been cancelled. The tournament, planned to be played at Weaver Ridge Golf Club, was cancelled due to poor course conditions as result of inclement weather.
